Lianne McTavish: Lianne is Professor of the History of Art, Design and Visual Culture in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Alberta. She has published many articles and three books, including one on the history of museums, Defining the Modern Museum (University of Toronto Press, 2013). A website stemming from that earlier research project features the contributions made by women to the New Brunswick Museum in Saint John, New Brunswick, during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Misa Nikolic: Misa is a doctoral candidate in the History of Art, Design and Visual Culture in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Alberta (https://ualberta.academia.edu/MisaNikolic). His dissertation is on the cultural historian Eduard Fuchs and the historiography of caricature.
Travis Holmes: Travis is a Masters of Design candidate, in the Department of Art and Design at the University of Alberta. He is undertaking collaborative research with the DehCho First Nations by utilizing design to develop a unique artifact that can promote and share Dene culture and language with youth in every day life.
